Sourcing
End-to-end supplier identification and qualification across five manufacturing countries. Factory audits, capacity assessment, and partner shortlisting.
Boonaj is a Pakistan-based apparel sourcing company — coordinating production across Pakistan, Bangladesh, Vietnam, China and Turkey for international brands and retailers. In-person meetings available across Europe and North America.
Rooted in Narowal. Trading from Lahore.
I — The Loom
It began in Narowal, Punjab. Our grandfather operated power looms — not as a trade, but as a craft. Fabric was not a commodity. It was something made, thread by thread, with patience and skill.
II — The Market
Our uncle moved the family into cloth trading at Azam Cloth Market, Lahore — one of South Asia's great textile bazaars. Here, value was learned differently. Not from production, but from the people who bought and sold it every day.
III — A Clothing Business Built on Both
Our father combined both strands — manufacturing knowledge from Narowal, trading expertise from Lahore — into a successful clothing business. Understanding fabric from its production. Understanding value from the market. Relationships as the foundation of every trade.
IV — From Narowal to the World
Today, Boonaj carries that heritage globally — managing apparel production across five manufacturing countries for international brands. European representation available in Germany for direct meetings. The scale has changed. The values have not.

Answers to what buyers ask most before getting in touch.
Boonaj is a Pakistan-based apparel sourcing company — we are not a manufacturer. We manage and coordinate production on behalf of international brands across Pakistan, Bangladesh, Vietnam, China and Turkey. We are not a German company. We have no registered office in Europe. However, we can meet clients in person across Europe and North America — just get in touch to arrange.
MOQs vary by category. Denim and activewear start from 100 units per style. Knitwear and outerwear from 300 units. Wovens and workwear from 500 units. Lower MOQs can be discussed for sampling and development orders.

Factories in our network hold certifications including OEKO-TEX Standard 100, GOTS, SA8000, ISO 9001, and BSCI depending on location and category. We match certification requirements to your target market and compliance needs.
